NEW LIFECPR Training

Open to Everyone

CPR & AED

Cardiac arrest survival roughly doubles when a bystander starts CPR before EMS arrives — and most of those arrests happen at home. This class teaches you to recognize an emergency, push hard and fast on an adult, child or infant, and use an AED without hesitating. No medical background, no prior training and no memorized jargon required. You practice every skill on a manikin until it feels automatic.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most often before class. If yours is not here, call us — we would rather answer it now than have you book the wrong course.

  • Do I need any medical experience?

None at all. The class is written for complete beginners, and every skill is demonstrated, practiced and coached before you are asked to perform it on your own.

  • Is this the right class for my job?

For most workplaces, schools, gyms and volunteer roles, yes. If you work in healthcare or your employer asks specifically for a BLS provider card, take our BLS course instead.

  • What if I have a bad back or knees?

Tell us when you register and we can make accommodations.
